These terms are subject to local laws as applicable, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. The benefits provided in our policy are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under local laws as applicable.

PHYSICAL GOODS (SUPPLEMENTS) Foods and perishable goods cannot be returned. As Immuni-P food-based natural supplements are perishable goods, we cannot offer a refund or exchanges on any purchases.

On top of this, we set world-leading quality standards with our products. To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse, and we have set this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.

If, within 60 days of purchase, you feel that the educational materials did not meet your expectations or deliver the value described, you may contact our customer support team to request a refund.

Eligibility & Conditions:

• This guarantee applies to digital resources purchased directly from The HPV Hub.
• Your request must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
• You must have actively engaged with the materials (e.g., accessing the platform, viewing materials, or following the program structure).
• Refund requests may be denied if the course has been fully completed or the request is submitted after the 60-day period.
• Upon refund approval, access to the course, community, and any related digital materials will be revoked.
• Please note that once you request a refund on these grounds, you will not be able to repurchase access to the digital course.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING The HPV Hub is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, or any other third-party postage carriers. In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, we can issue a discretionary refund. If we decide to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

• You didn’t like the taste/format (secondary consideration to its benefits): We do our best to provide you with high-quality products. However, we are not able to issue a refund simply based on the taste or format of our products and not on results.
• You are allergic to the product or an ingredient: All of our products contain a detailed label listing all of their ingredients. Please make sure to read it carefully and consult with your doctor before buying, as we are unable to offer refunds on these grounds.
• You ordered too much: You cannot return our products after receiving them. In case you made a mistake, contact our customer support team at connect@thehpvhub.com within 48 hours of your purchase so they can review your case.
• You ordered the wrong item: It’s your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct item. If you order the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships out. If your order has already been sent, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back into our store.
• You are suffering from financial hardship: We understand that financial hardships can occur. To avoid this situation, it may be better to choose the “one time” option for your preferred product rather than a subscription.

Conditions:

• This guarantee applies only to the 1-jar/1-month option. If you purchased a bundle, our guarantee will cover the first month’s supply only.
